Food due by 18:08, it’s now 19:18 and no food has arrived, no communication from shop and phone is seemingly off the hook as been ‘engaged’ for 45 minutes. Order was made and paid for online and confirmation email received. No idea if we will get it or not.

I mistakenly chose collection instead of delivery, but the lad on the phone was really helpful and arranged delivery. He was really accommodating and pleasant. Food arrived in 10mins and was still warm.

I ordered two portions of chips and only received one. I thought the bag seemed small and asked the staff if he's sure. Staff confirmed they're sure two have been included. When I returned home, I discovered that it was only one. Usually Dido's is pretty good.

We have had pizzas a few times in the past, and they always been excellent. However, tonight we tried the chicken Parmos, these were very poor, neither of us finished them, as the chicken was very dry. Back to pizzas next time.

I ordered a hot shot pizza and a large Parmesan. The Parmesan was nice to be fair, not amazing but nice. Unfortunately the pizza was one of the worst I’ve tasted in a long time. The toppings were far from great, the cheese came off in one piece and the pizza base was underwhelming.

Normally spot on every time, never an issue and always arrives correct. However we ordered a BBQ parmo and it came which no Bechamel sauce on. I even specified in the order notes to ensure the white sauce was added.

After an hour wait the pizza and chips were an absolute waste of money. Soggy cold chips. The pizza was smashed to the back of the box with not a shred of toppings left on the pizza. The whole meal was inedible. What on earth has happened to the standards. It isn't the first bad order in less than a month. Appalling.
